The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct a live webcast on February 13, 2026, at 11 am. The session will explain guidelines for the 2026 Secondary and Senior Secondary Board Examinations. Approximately 46 lakh students will take the exams. The examinations are scheduled from February 17 to April 10, 2026.

The live webcast will begin at 11 am on February 13, 2026 . The session is expected to last approximately two hours. Viewers can access the stream via the CBSE YouTube channel.
Key Initiatives for 2026 Exams
CBSE has introduced new assessment measures for the upcoming exams. These include:
- A second board examination opportunity for Class X students.
- On-screen marking (OSM) for Class XII examinations.
- Divided question papers for Science and Social Studies in Class X.
Instructions for Schools
All affiliated schools must arrange to watch the live webcast. Principals will supervise the viewing. Teachers of Classes IX to XII and examination staff should attend. They need to record important instructions related to their roles.

Query Submission
Schools with questions should email info.cbseexam@cbseshiksha.in before the webcast. Queries submitted can be addressed during the session. Questions arising after the webcast can also be sent to the same email address.
Regional Directors and their officials are also required to attend the webinar. Each school must upload a geotagged photograph of participants and the total number of attendees to the ASAR app.
