CBSE Adolescent Summit 2025: Student Wellbeing Focus

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will host the National Adolescent Summit 2025 on December 5 . The summit focuses on student wellbeing under the theme “Empowering Adolescents: Voices, Choices, and Wellbeing.” It will take place at the CBSE Integrated Office Complex, Sector-23, Phase-1, Dwarka, New Delhi. Plenary Session I, “Mental Health Matters: Breaking the Silence,” will address student mental health. Discussions will focus on reducing stigma and fostering open conversations about wellbeing. Plenary Session II, “Digital Natives: Navigating Social Media, Cyber Safety & Screen Time,” will guide students through online challenges. It will cover safe social media use, cyber safety, and managing screen time effectively.

Panel discussions will cover multiple topics. “Identity & Inclusion: Gender Sensitivity, Bullying, and Respect for Diversity” will promote understanding and address bullying. “Healthy Habits, Healthy Minds: Lifestyle, Substance Use & Body Image” will focus on promoting positive health choices and addressing related concerns. A third panel, “Adolescents & the Future: Career Choices, Skills, and Purpose,” will prepare students for future career paths and skill development.
