AIIMS INI CET Jan 2026 Open Round Allotment Results Released

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) released the INI CET January 2026 open round seat allotment results today. Candidates can check their status on the official AIIMS website at aiimsexams.ac.in.

Students who received a seat in this open round must confirm their allotment and submit required documents. The deadline to report to the allotted institute is February 28, by 11 am .

Failure to meet this deadline will result in the cancellation of the seat. The institute stated that unconfirmed seats will be vacated. Candidates will also forfeit their Rs. 3 Lakh deposit and face other penalties outlined in the Information Brochure for Open Round of Seat Allocation.

INI CET 2026 Open Round Details

The open round seat allotment list includes only candidates eligible for this specific allocation. Seating was determined by candidate merit, their chosen preferences, and seat availability.

According to the official notification, seat allocation was based on the original merit list and applicable category.

The INI CET 2026 is for admissions to postgraduate medical programs. These include MD, MS, MCh (6-years), DM (6-years), and MDS courses.

Participating institutions include AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS branches. Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry, National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) Bengaluru, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh, and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) Trivandrum are also included.
