The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 21) on June 7 . Candidates must bring their AIBE XXI admit card and a valid government-issued photo ID to enter the examination center. Entry will be denied without these documents.
Exam Day Instructions
Candidates must arrive at their designated centers by 11:30 AM . Latecomers will not be admitted after 1:15 PM .
The BCI prohibits electronic devices. This includes mobile phones, smartwatches, and calculators. Bags, books, notes, and papers are also banned inside the hall. Candidates may bring blank paper, but it must be free of any written material.
For answering questions on the OMR sheet, candidates must use blue or black ballpoint pens only . Pencils are not permitted and will lead to disqualification. Accurate filling of the roll number and question paper package code is essential.
Provisions for Differently-Abled Candidates
Individuals with disabilities exceeding 40 percent will receive an additional 20 minutes per hour . Candidates unable to write due to a disability can request a scribe. This requires submitting necessary medical certificates and supporting documents. The BCI will not provide scribes.
Candidature and Malpractice
All AIBE 21 candidatures are considered provisional. The BCI may cancel applications and debar candidates from future exams if ineligibility or malpractice is discovered.
AIBE 21 Application and Eligibility
The application deadline for AIBE 21 is April 30 . Fee payment must be completed by May 1 . The application correction window will be open from May 1 to May 3. Hall tickets will be issued on May 22 .
Eligibility is restricted to candidates who have successfully completed a 3-year or 5-year LLB program from a BCI-recognized university or college.
