Applications for this incentive under the Naan Mudhalvan programme are open from November 13 to November 24, 2025 . Candidates must apply through the official portal: naanmudhalvan.tn.gov.in. This initiative provides direct financial support to Tamil Nadu candidates participating in the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

Among these 659 candidates, 155 successfully cleared the main examination. Of these, 87 candidates also received training at the All India Civil Services Training Center. This demonstrates the ongoing commitment of the Tamil Nadu government to support its civil services aspirants.
