Important Counselling Guidelines
- Only candidates physically present on the prescribed date and time will be considered for the counselling round. Seat allotment will be strictly based on merit.
- The institute reserves the right to change, modify, or postpone the venue or schedule without prior notice. Any alterations will be displayed on the official website.
- All information regarding counselling will be published solely on the institute’s website,www.siaste.ac.in. No individual communication will be sent to candidates.
- Candidates must possess a valid CEE-2025 score card to be eligible for the first to sixth rounds of counselling. Rules, regulations, and eligibility conditions for Open Round and Mop-up Rounds will be announced separately.
- Subsequent rounds of counselling, beyond this October 11 schedule, will only take place if seats remain vacant after the current round.
- Students offered seats must submit the complete course fee immediately after counselling. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of admission, without any further opportunities.
- Admission will adhere to state government, affiliating university, and institute rules concerning reservation, fee refund, and other policies.
- Candidates claiming reserved seats (BC-A, BC-B, SC, SC Deprived, PH, FF, EWS, ESM) must present valid certificates from a competent Haryana Government authority. A Haryana Residence Certificate is also required.
