NEET 2026 Application Correction Deadline Today

The application correction window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026 closes today, March 14, 2026 . Candidates who registered for the exam can edit specific details in their submitted forms until 11:50 PM via the official NEET website.

Correction Window Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) opened the correction facility on March 12, 2026. This is a one-time opportunity for applicants to make necessary changes. No further corrections will be allowed after the deadline. The NEET UG 2026 exam is scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026 , from 2 PM to 5 PM.

Editable Fields

Applicants can modify several categories of information within their application. These include parent details, academic and personal information, and exam preferences. Identity details can be altered only if the applicant did not use Aadhaar for registration.

The NTA has specified the following categories and details that can be edited:

4 Identity Details Identity details can be changed only for candidates who registered using an ID other than Aadhaar

Candidates should note that if a correction results in a change in the application fee, the additional fee must be paid. The application form will be locked after the corrections are submitted.

How to Make Corrections

To edit the application form, candidates should follow these steps:

  • Visit the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in .
  • Click on the “Correction Window for NEET(UG) – 2026” link.
  • Log in using the application number and password or date of birth.
  • Locate and edit the required details on the application form.
  • Review all changes carefully before submitting.
  • Click “Submit” and save the confirmation page for future reference.
