About This Scholarship
The Consolidated Stipend Scheme for SC Students, Haryana 2025-26, is an initiative by the Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana. This scheme is specifically designed for students belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category who are permanent residents of Haryana and are currently enrolled in government colleges within the state.
The primary objective of this scheme is to encourage and support SC students in pursuing higher education. It aims to alleviate financial burdens, making higher studies more accessible and attractive for eligible candidates.
Under this scheme, selected students will receive a monthly stipend of ₹1,000 to assist with their living expenses. Additionally, a book allowance of ₹2,000 will be provided per student to cover the cost of educational materials. Students who utilize hostel facilities will receive an additional amount of ₹500 per month, further supporting their educational journey.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must:
• be a domicile of Haryana
• belong to the SC category
• be studying in a government college in Haryana
• have secured 60% attendance in the class
Note: Students who failed last year's university examination will not be eligible for the stipend.

• SC certificate
• Haryana domicile certificate
• Previous examination passed based on which the applicants have sought admission in the present class
How to Apply
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:
1. Click on the 'Apply Now' button on the official website.
2. Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (If already registered, log in using your Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID.)
3. Click on the 'Student Registration' button at the top of the dashboard.
4. Read the instructions carefully, enter your PPP (Family ID), and click on search.
5. A list of members will be displayed. Select your name and click on the 'Generate OTP' button.
6. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on the 'Verify OTP' button.
7. After successfully verifying the OTP, all your details will be automatically filled in the registration form.
8. Cross-check the information, select the department and college, and create your password. Now, click on the 'Register' button to complete the process.
9. After successful registration, log in using your valid credentials.
10. Select the scholarship scheme to be applied for, fill in the information, upload the necessary documents, and submit the application.
