About This Scholarship
The BYPL SASHAKT Scholarship Program 2025-26 is designed to provide financial assistance to deserving final year undergraduate students residing in Delhi. This initiative aims to support students pursuing various streams in government institutes within the capital, including those undertaking distance learning courses.
Successful applicants can receive a scholarship amount of up to INR 30,000. This funding is specifically intended to cover academic expenses, such as tuition fees, hostel fees, food, books, stationery, and costs associated with online learning. The application deadline for this program is November 21, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the BYPL SASHAKT Scholarship Program 2025-26, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Applicants must be Indian nationals and currently reside in Delhi.
• Candidates must be in the final year of their undergraduate courses, regardless of the stream, at a government institute located in Delhi. Students enrolled in distance learning courses are also eligible to apply.
• A minimum of 55% marks must have been secured in the previous qualifying examination.
• The annual family income from all sources must not exceed INR 6,00,000.
• Important Note: Children of employees of BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) and the official website are not eligible for this scholarship.
Required Documents
Applicants are required to prepare and upload the following documents during the application process:
• A recent passport-size photograph.
• Aadhaar card as proof of identity.
• Family income proof, which can include a Salary Slip, Form 16, or an Income Certificate.
• Marksheets from the last qualifying examination, Class 10, and Class 12.
• Proof of educational expenses, such as receipts for books or online tutorials.
• The latest college fee receipt for the current academic year.
• Bank account details of the applicant, provided via a cancelled cheque or a copy of the passbook.

4. Fill in all the required details accurately in the online application form.
5. Upload all the necessary and relevant documents as specified in the "Required Documents" section.
6. Read and accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’, then click on ‘Preview’ to review your application.
7. After verifying that all the details entered are correct on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to finalize and complete your application process.
