The National Testing Agency (NTA) is managing the correction process. This window allows candidates to edit a limited number of fields in their application. Applicants must have successfully submitted their initial application to be eligible for corrections.

Parental Information
Applicants can change either their father’s or mother’s details. This includes their name, qualification, and occupation. Candidates can select only one of these two options for modification.

Exam and Identity Information
Further adjustments are permitted for examination city selection and the medium of the exam. Additionally, identity details can be altered if the candidate did not register using their Aadhaar card.

How to Make Corrections
The correction process requires candidates to log in to the official NEET UG portal. Following these steps will guide applicants through the update procedure.
- Visit the official NEET UG website: neet.nta.nic.in .
- Locate and click on the application correction link.
- Log in using your application number and password.
- Navigate to the fields designated for editing.
- Make the necessary changes and review them carefully.
- Save your modifications and then submit the updated application form.
Applicants are advised to complete corrections before the deadline of March 14, 2026. Only one correction per field is allowed.
