Similarly, a graduate with a B.Com or a postgraduate with an M.A. in one subject cannot apply for another B.Com or M.A. degree.

Correspondence/Online Courses: Students pursuing studies through accredited correspondence or online courses are eligible. However, this applies exclusively to courses offered by Central or State Universities through distance or continuous education programs. These students will be responsible for any non-refundable fees associated with their chosen program and will not receive an academic allowance.

Multiple Scholarships: A scholarship holder under this scheme cannot simultaneously receive any other scholarship or stipend.

Choice of Scholarship: If awarded another scholarship or stipend, the student has the option to choose the one that offers greater benefits. In such cases, the student must inform the awarding authority through the Head of the Institution.
