XLRI Delhi and Sorbonne Business School launched a new executive development program for healthcare leaders. The program is titled ‘Global Strategy & Leadership for Healthcare Professionals.’ It aims to combine medical knowledge with management skills. The launch targets senior healthcare professionals like hospital administrators and clinical heads.
The ten-month program uses a blended learning format. It focuses on five core areas: strategy, finance, governance, technology, and ethics. Participants will engage in simulations and case discussions. A capstone project is also part of the curriculum.
The program integrates Sorbonne’s expertise in digital transformation. This ensures leaders strategically align technology with organizational goals. It also includes ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. This collaboration aims to develop leaders who can manage organizational change in healthcare. The focus remains on ethical governance and patient care.
