AIBE 21 Exam Details
AIBE 21 will feature 100 multiple-choice questions. These questions will cover 19 different law subjects. The exam serves as a certification for law graduates. Passing the AIBE allows individuals to practice law in Indian courts.
The application deadline for AIBE 21 is April 30 . Fee payments are due by May 1 . Applicants can make corrections to their applications between May 1 and May 3 . Hall tickets will be issued on May 22 .
Syllabus Breakdown
The AIBE 21 syllabus outlines specific topics and their weightage. Constitutional Law has the highest number of questions, with 10. The Indian Penal Code (IPC) and its new version, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, together carry 8 questions. The Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) and its updated counterpart, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, will have 10 questions.
The Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) accounts for 10 questions. The Evidence Act, along with the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, will have 8 questions. Alternative Dispute Resolution, including the Arbitration Act, will have 4 questions.
