The MAH CET 2026 registration deadline for BBA, BCA, BHMCT, BBM, BMS, and Integrated MBA/MCA programs has been extended to March 18 . Candidates can submit applications on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.
Previously, the deadline was March 4. As of now, 56,723 students have registered for these seven courses. The Maharashtra CET Cell has announced the extension to allow more students to apply.
Entrance examinations for these programs are scheduled from April 28 to April 30. The tests will be conducted online in a computer-based format across Maharashtra.
Registration Numbers
In 2025, the BHMCT CET recorded 1,436 registrations. The combined CET for BCA, BBA, BMS, BBM, MBA, and MCA saw 112,926 registrations in the same year.
This year’s current registration count of 56,723 shows a decrease compared to the total of 114,362 registrations in 2025. The CET Cell expects the final number to rise with the extended deadline.
APAAR ID and UDID Status
The APAAR ID and UDID (for students with disabilities) are no longer mandatory for MAH CET 2026 registration. The CET Cell introduced these requirements to aid in detail verification.
Students without an APAAR ID can create one via DigiLocker. Those encountering technical issues with APAAR or UDID creation can proceed with their CET registration without these documents.
The MAH CET Cell manages entrance examinations for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Maharashtra. The extension provides an additional opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the upcoming academic session.
