AFSB Selection Process
Following the AFCAT 1 result announcement, candidates will enter the AFSB selection phase. This process involves an online test and an interview.
Candidates who qualify in the online test receive a call for a personal interview. They must select their preferred interview center from Dehradun, Mysuru, or Varanasi. Securing a slot allows for the download of an AFSB call letter, which acts as an entry pass and includes a document checklist.
The AFSB selection is a five-day process. Stage 1 includes screening with Intelligence Rating tests and Picture Perception discussions. Candidates screened out at this stage conclude their application. Those who pass proceed to Stage 2, which comprises Psychological Tests.
Successful candidates from the Psychological Tests move to Stages 3 and 4, involving Group Testing Officer (GTO) tasks. Clearing these GTO tasks leads to a final board conference with senior officers.
