About This Scholarship
The Parivartan ECSS Programme is a merit-cum-need based scholarship designed to support students across various educational levels who are facing financial hardship. This initiative aims to ensure that deserving students can continue their education without interruption due to personal or family crises.
The scholarship covers school students from Classes 1 to 12, as well as those pursuing diploma, ITI, and polytechnic courses. It extends support to both undergraduate and postgraduate students in general and professional fields. The program emphasizes helping those whose ability to bear educational costs has been significantly impacted, putting them at risk of discontinuing their studies.
The application deadline for all categories under this programme is October 30, 2025.
Scholarship Categories
School Students (Classes 1-12, Diploma, ITI, Polytechnic)
Eligibility Requirements
• The students must be currently studying in Classes 1 to 12, or pursuing diploma, ITI, and polytechnic courses in private, government, or government-aided schools.
• A minimum of 55% marks in the previous qualifying examination is required.
• The annual family income should be less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh.
• Preference will be given to applicants who have faced personal or family crises within the past three years, which have significantly impacted their ability to bear the cost of education and put them at risk of discontinuing their studies.
• Open to Indian nationals only.
NOTE: For those pursuing a Diploma course, only students pursuing a diploma after Class 12 are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
The benefits provided under this category are:
• For Class 1 to 6: INR 15,000
• For Class 7 to 12, Diploma, ITI, & Polytechnic students: INR 18,000
Required Documents
Applicants must provide the following documents:
• Passport-size photograph
• Previous year's marksheets (2024-25)
• Identity proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving License)
• Current year admission proof (Fee Receipt/Admission Letter/Institution ID Card/Bonafide Certificate) for the academic year 2025-26.
• Applicant's Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque (Bank information will also be captured in the application form).
• Income Proof (any one of the following):
• Income Proof issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch
• Income Proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
• Affidavit
• Proof of family/personal crisis (if applicable).

Postgraduate Students
Eligibility Requirements
• The student must be enrolled in a recognised college or university in India, pursuing a postgraduate course. This includes both general courses (such as M.Com., M.A., etc.) and professional courses (such as M.Tech., M.B.A., etc.).
• A minimum of 55% marks in the previous qualifying examination is required.
• The annual family income should be less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh.
• Preference will be given to applicants who have faced personal or family crises within the past three years, which have significantly impacted their ability to bear the cost of education and put them at risk of discontinuing their studies.
• Open to Indian nationals only.
The benefits provided under this category are:
• For general postgraduate students: INR 35,000
• For professional postgraduate students: INR 75,000

• The annual family income should be less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh.
• Preference will be given to applicants who have faced personal or family crises within the past three years, which have significantly impacted their ability to bear the cost of education and put them at risk of discontinuing their studies.
