Birla Global University (BGU) has opened admissions for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Technology (FinTech) program. The 2026-28 academic session intake is now accepting applications. Interested candidates can apply through the university’s official website, bgu.ac.in.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required. Reserved category candidates need 45% aggregate marks. The application process requires a valid score from one of several management entrance tests.
Accepted Entrance Exams
BGU accepts scores from the Common Admission Test (CAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), and Management Aptitude Test (MAT). Admission can also be secured through the Birla Global University Entrance Test (BET).
Selection Process
The university will conduct a Written Ability Test (WAT) and a Personal Interview (PI) for shortlisted candidates. Initial screening will determine eligibility for these subsequent stages.
Program Details
The two-year MBA in FinTech program has an approximate fee of Rs 8 lakh. The curriculum blends core management education with specialized knowledge in financial services and technology. Key areas include blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), digital payments, and risk management.

Students will learn about modern technologies such as financial modeling, data analysis, and machine learning in finance. The program incorporates live projects, case studies, simulations, internships, and industry immersion opportunities.
