Registration for the NEET MDS 2026 exam will open soon on natboard.edu.in. The exam is scheduled for May 2, 2026 . Last year, registrations began in mid-February. Candidates must complete the registration form to be eligible for the selection process.

Identification and Personal Documents
- Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License)
- Date of Birth Proof
- Digital signature (4 kb to 30 kb, JPG/JPEG format)
- Passport-size photograph (10 kb to 200 kb, JPG/JPEG format)
Academic and Qualification Documents
- BDS Degree Certificate (up to 500 kb)
- Internship Completion Certificate (up to 500 kb)
- Permanent or Provisional Dental Registration Certificate
Candidates from SC, ST, or PwD categories need to submit their caste certificate.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree. A permanent or provisional registration from the DCI or State Dental Council is mandatory. A 12-month compulsory rotatory internship must also be completed.
