The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the final stray vacancy round results for NEET PG 2025. A total of 2798 MD and MS seats were allotted. Candidates must report to their allotted colleges by February 28 .
Stray Vacancy Allotment Results Released
The MCC published the provisional stray vacancy allotment results on its official website, mcc.nic.in . This follows an earlier provisional announcement where 2799 seats were allotted, with 181 remaining vacant. The final results reflect a revised total of 2798 allotted seats.
Admission Process and Deadline
Candidates who received a seat allotment must generate their admission letter. This must be done through the MCC’s INTRAMCC portal . Offline admissions will not be accepted and are considered invalid. Applicants need to present their allotment order along with original documents to confirm their admission at the college.
Seat Adjustments Before Allotment
Before finalizing the stray round results, the MCC removed nine postgraduate medical seats. These removals were due to various reasons:
- Four seats were withdrawn because of ongoing court cases.
- Two seats were canceled due to colleges exceeding their allocated seat numbers.
- Two additional seats were removed following institutes conducting admissions offline.
The official notice emphasizes that all admissions must be processed online. The deadline for candidates to confirm their seats is February 28 .
