About This Scholarship
The AICTE International Faculty Development Program (IFP) 2025 is a significant initiative by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), operating under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. This program is specifically designed to elevate the academic, research, and professional skills of faculty members throughout India.
It offers unique opportunities for selected faculty to participate in advanced training, engage in collaborative research, and gain exposure to international best practices at highly regarded global institutions.
Selected faculty members who successfully complete the program will receive substantial financial assistance, with an award of up to ₹1,00,000.

• Academic and research achievements: Evaluation of past scholarly work and contributions.

• Potential for contributing to capacity-building in India: Consideration of the applicant's ability to apply acquired knowledge and skills to enhance educational and research capabilities in India.
• Merit-based review: A comprehensive evaluation conducted by the AICTE selection committee to ensure fair and rigorous selection.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the AICTE Industry Fellowship Programme 2025, an applicant must fulfill the following criteria:
• Be a regular full-time faculty member of an AICTE-approved institution.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of teaching/research experience.
• Demonstrate academic excellence and active involvement in research or innovation activities.
• Should fulfill any one of the following additional criteria:
• Qualified in examinations such as GATE, GRE, CAT, MAT, JRF, SRF, NET, or other entrance examinations conducted by State/Central Government, Universities, or Agencies for admission to PG/Doctoral programs.
• Authored at least 05 articles published in Scopus/Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals.
• Possess a proven track record of successfully completing projects funded by the Central/State Government/Agencies, with a total value of ₹15 Lakhs or more.
• Recipient of prestigious awards such as young scientist awards or other proficiency awards constituted by the State/Central Government/University/Agencies.

• Academic Transcript: Official records of all academic qualifications.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV): A detailed resume highlighting academic, research, and professional experience.
• Passport Copy and Identity Proof: Valid identification documents.
• Research Publications/Teaching Portfolio: Evidence of research output (e.g., published papers) or a portfolio demonstrating teaching effectiveness.
• Institutional Recommendation Letter: A formal letter of recommendation from the applicant's parent institution.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Parent Institute: A formal consent from the current institution allowing the faculty member to participate in the program.
• Notarised Affidavit: An affidavit duly notarized by a public notary member.
