Fee Regulations and Violations
The BSEB issued a warning against private colleges charging fees above the regulated amount. Complaints surfaced during the first admission phase regarding excessive fee demands.
The board reiterated that the annual tuition fee for the DElEd course is capped at Rs 60,000 for the first year. Institutions found violating this will face strict action.
Selected candidates initially pay Rs 3,000 for admission. Those who sought upgradation and were not allotted a new institution in the second list must pay the remaining first-year fee to their current college.
