Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the NSP State Stipend Scheme, an applicant must fulfill the following criteria:
• Be an Indian citizen.
• Be a domicile of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Be a permanent resident of the state.
• Belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category of the state as specified by the central/state government.
• Be pursuing studies in an institution of higher education recognized by the state/central regulators (UGC, AICTE, MCI, DCI, BCI, CCH, etc.).
• Pursue one of the following courses of study:
• B.A./B.Com./B.Sc./B.E./B.Ed/B.P.Ed./B.C.A./B.B.A./B.V.Sc./B.Tech/B.F.A
• M.A./M.Com/M.Sc./M.Phil/M.Ed./M.P.Ed./M.C.A./M.B.A./M.Tech/M.P.M.C./M.F.A.
• English/Tourism/Hospitality Management Diploma
• LLB/LLM
• PGDMC
• Ph.D.
• C.A.
Please note the following ineligibility conditions:
• Students pursuing distant/correspondence courses are ineligible.
• Students who are employed full-time are ineligible.
• Students who have a bad history of disciplinary records will be ineligible.
• Students with a monthly attendance of less than 75%, without certified reasons, will be ineligible.

• Marksheet of the last qualifying examination
