About This Scholarship
Grant of Financial Assistance Scheme, Goa 2025 is a financial assistance program offered by the Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Goa. This scheme is designed to support eligible trainees of Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs).
Its primary aim is to provide monthly stipends, encouraging regular attendance and training, while simultaneously reducing financial hardship for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Selected trainees are eligible to receive an award of up to ₹14,400, the exact amount depending on the duration of their chosen course. Specifically, beneficiaries will receive ₹7,200 for a 1-year course and ₹14,400 for a 2-year course.
The application period for this scheme commences on September 1, 2025. Interested candidates must submit their applications by the deadline of October 10, 2025.
Selection for the Grant of Financial Assistance Scheme is based on meeting the outlined eligibility criteria and maintaining consistent, regular attendance at the Industrial Training Institute.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
• be a resident of Goa for at least 10 years preceding the date of application
• be a regular trainee of any Government ITI in Goa
• belong to one of the following categories:
• BPL (Below Poverty Line) Family
• Scheduled Caste (SC) Community
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) Community
• Physically Handicapped (PwD)
• have an annual family income of up to ₹3,00,000

How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-
Step 1: Visit the official website and locate the 'Apply Now' button for this scheme.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Click on ‘Register’ at the top of the page.
Step 4: Under the ‘Student Registration’ tab, click the first ‘Click here’ text for registration.
Step 5: Fill in the required fields and click ‘Register’.
Step 6: Confirm the entered data, click ‘Login’ at the top of the page, and enter valid credentials.
Step 7: After logging in, verify the details and make changes if necessary.
Step 8: Follow the instructions to complete and submit the application.
