Tamil Nadu’s Selection Committee has released the NEET PG Round 3 seat allotment for 2025. A total of 2,551 seats across government, management, and DNB categories are now filled. Candidates can download their provisional allotment orders from February 16 to February 18, 3 PM .
Seat Allotment Details
The allotment covers both government and management quotas for postgraduate medical admissions. In the management quota, 643 candidates were listed. Of these, 244 retained their previously allotted seats, while 399 received fresh allotments . For the government quota, 1,902 candidates were listed. Among them, 667 retained their seats, and 1,235 were offered new admissions .
Additionally, six candidates secured seats in DNB Broad Speciality Post MBBS and post-diploma courses for the 2025-26 academic year.
Minimum Scores
The lowest NEET PG marks recorded for the government quota was 42 . For the management quota, the lowest score was 9 .
Admission Guidelines and Deadlines
The final deadline for candidates to report to their allotted colleges is February 19 by 5 PM . The committee clarified that unfilled seats in NRI, Telugu, Malayalam, and religious minority categories, including CMC’s 50% minority seats, will be filled under the management quota.
Candidates who receive government college seats or government quota seats in self-financing colleges during Round 3 will be ineligible for further management or DNB Broad Speciality allotments. Those who have already joined seats in the All India Quota (AIQ) Round 3 will also face similar restrictions if their joined list is confirmed by the DGHS.
Reporting and Fee Payment
During college reporting, candidates must submit original certificates for verification. A self-declaration confirming that admission will be forfeited if any misrepresentation or suppression of facts is discovered is also required.
Freshly allotted candidates must pay their tuition fees before downloading their provisional allotment order. Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, or net banking. Candidates who have already paid fees in Round 1 or 2 will only need to pay the difference, if applicable.
