The scholarship aims to provide financial support to talented young individuals. It is a need-cum-merit based award. The program is funded by a multi-year Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) gift from FSP Asset Managers Private Limited (DSPAM).
Two PGP YL students from the current academic year will receive the DSP Scholarship. Starting next year, five students will be awarded the scholarship annually. The program provides a full waiver of tuition fees.
ISB stated that DSPAM’s support enables access to high-quality management education for promising young students. This investment supports students early in their academic and professional careers.
About the PGP YL Program
The PGP YL is ISB’s early-entry management program. It is designed for high-potential students. The curriculum is rigorous and globally benchmarked. It includes immersive learning experiences.
The DSP Scholarship aims to remove financial barriers. This allows recipients to focus on academics and leadership development. They can pursue their long-term goals without financial pressure.
Aditi Kothari Desai, Chairperson of DSP Asset Managers Private Limited, commented on the initiative. “Through this multi-year scholarship program with ISB, we are investing in young leaders at a formative stage of their journey, enabling them to focus on learning, self-discovery, and long-term impact,” she said.
She added, “This initiative reflects our commitment to building a strong and inclusive foundation for future leadership in India.”
The DSP Scholarship expands ISB’s existing scholarship offerings for the PGP YL program. This reinforces the school’s commitment to inclusion and access. ISB aims to prepare the next generation of responsible business leaders.
