The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the final seat allotment results for NEET PG Round 3 counselling. Candidates can download their allotment letters from the official website, mcc.nic.in. The admission process is now underway.
NEET PG Round 3 Results Breakdown
The final selection list includes NEET PG ranks from 1 to 230,087. A total of 10,084 candidates received fresh seat allotments in this round. This includes 120 rank holders from the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS).
The MCC previously revised the provisional list. Two MD/MS seats were removed due to technical issues and duplication. These were identified and withdrawn before the final result publication.
Seat upgrades were significant in Round 3. A total of 8,589 candidates secured upgraded seats. Another 7,094 candidates did not receive any upgrade.
Data shows 3,450 candidates who received seats in earlier rounds chose not to opt for upgradation. Additionally, 7,899 candidates did not fill any choices for Round 3. A total of 4,578 candidates were not allotted any seats in this round.
College Reporting Details
Candidates must report to their allotted colleges physically. The reporting period began at 12 noon on February 6 . The original schedule had college reporting from February 4 to February 11. However, the MCC extended the start date by two days.
The MCC may extend the deadline for completing the admission process. Candidates must ensure their admission letter is generated online via the MCC portal by the college. Failure to do so will render the admission “Null & Void.”
