New exam dates for candidates in West Bengal will be announced by the NTA shortly. For 2026, the number of JEE Main exam cities has increased from 284 to 323 nationwide.
Marking Scheme
The JEE Main 2026 paper carries a total of 300 marks . The marking scheme is as follows:
- +4 marks for each correct answer.
- -1 mark for each incorrect response.
- 0 marks for unattempted questions.
