Two students died and one was seriously injured Thursday when a speeding truck collided with their e-rickshaw in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. The accident happened near Sadhai Behata, within the City Police Station area. The three students were traveling to appear for an examination at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia College in Allipur.
Victims Identified
Police identified the deceased as Harsh Sharma , 20, a resident of Jankipuram, Lucknow, and Arshad , 21, from Jamia Nagar, Okhla, Delhi. The injured student is Anil Kumar , a resident of Sahajana under Behata Gokul Police Station in Hardoi. Kumar was initially taken to Hardoi Medical College. He was later referred to Lucknow for advanced treatment due to his severe injuries.

Circle Officer (City) Ankit Mishra confirmed the details of the collision. All three students sustained critical injuries. They were rushed to Hardoi Medical College. Harsh Sharma and Arshad were declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.
