Kerala NEET PG 2025 Registration Re-opens; Apply by Jan 18

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has re-opened the registration window for the Kerala NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling process. Revised Eligibility Criteria

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) recently lowered the NEET PG 2025 minimum qualifying percentile. This change aligns with directives from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The revised cut-offs are as follows:

  • General Category: The minimum qualifying percentile has been reduced from the 50th percentile to the 7th percentile .
  • Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC): For these categories, the percentile has been lowered from the 40th percentile to the 0th percentile .

These revised cut-offs expand the pool of candidates eligible for postgraduate medical admissions.

Application Process and Who Can Apply

NEET PG-qualified candidates must register for the counselling process through the official CEE website:cee.kerala.gov.in. Applicants will use their NEET PG application number and password for login.

The re-opening of the registration window permits two main groups of candidates to apply:

  • New Applicants: NEET-qualified candidates who had not registered in earlier rounds can now submit their applications.
  • In-Service Doctors: Qualified in-service candidates can also apply, provided they meet all specified eligibility criteria.

Document Submission

All candidates must upload required documents within the specified deadline during the registration process. Those claiming any reservation, including Minority or NRI quotas in self-financing medical colleges, or seeking fee concessions, must upload valid certificates. These documents must be issued by the concerned authorities and support their claims.

Candidates requiring nationality conversion, specifically from Indian to Non-Resident Indian (NRI) status, must submit the necessary documents by January 17, 2025 .
