BITS Pilani announced over 920 students received placements across its Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses during the 2025-26 Phase 1 placement cycle . Six offers on the Pilani campus alone exceeded Rs 1 crore . The all-campus median salary reached Rs 28 lakh per annum .
The Pilani campus recorded a higher median salary of Rs 30 lakh . Five of the crore-plus offers originated from IMC Trading, a quantitative trading firm. Flow Traders provided the sixth offer over Rs 1 crore, according to the official BITS Pilani press release.
Approximately 200 organizations participated across all BITS Pilani campuses. Quantitative trading firms, including Graviton, Quadeye, and IMC Trading, contributed to the high compensation figures through niche roles. International companies like MEDIATEK (Taiwan) and Toyoda Gosei (Japan) also extended opportunities to graduates.
Internship Highlights
BITS Pilani students secured significant internship opportunities. The highest international internship stipend reached Rs 22 lakh per month from Tower Research, based in the U.K. Domestically, IMC Trading offered a record-breaking stipend of Rs 12.5 lakh per month .
Over 650 students secured internships with leading organizations during the first semester. Around 150 pre-placement offers (PPOs) were extended to students before the winter semester recess. More PPOs are expected to convert into full-time roles by the academic year’s end.
Major global brands hired for roles in software development, data science, and cybersecurity. These companies included Google, Microsoft, Walmart, Cisco, and IBM. Leading investment banking and financial services firms also converted interns into full-time hires. JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Franklin Templeton, Nomura, and UBS focused on risk and advisory roles.
BITS Pilani Dubai Campus Placements 2024-25
The BITS Pilani Dubai campus concluded its placement cycle for the academic year 2024-25 with strong performance. The campus reported 139 unique offers and an overall placement rate of 83.5 percent . This marks its strongest performance since 2020-21.
A total of 155 companies participated in the Dubai campus placement cycle. The median salary for the BITS Pilani Dubai campus was AED 72,000 .
