JNVST Class 9, 11 Admit Cards Released for Feb 7, 2026 Exam

The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released the admit cards for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) for Class 9 and Class 11 entrance exams 2026 . Students appearing for these exams can now download their admit cards from the official NVS website, navodaya.gov.in . The selection tests for both classes are scheduled for February 7, 2026 .

To download the admit card, candidates must enter their unique registration number and date of birth on the portal. The issued admit card is essential for examination entry. It contains critical information including the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, date of birth, exam date, specific reporting time, the full address of the allocated exam centre, and a set of important instructions for test day.

Both Class 9 and Class 11 selection tests will be conducted in a pen-and-paper format. Each examination will run for a duration of two and a half hours . JNVST Class 9 Exam Structure

JNVST Class 11 Exam Structure

The Navodaya Class 11 selection test for the 2026–27 academic session is also a pen-and-paper examination. It will be conducted for two and a half hours , specifically from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM . The test comprises a total of 100 questions . Each correct answer will be awarded one mark , summing up to 100 marks . Importantly, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

As per government regulations, Divyang students will receive an additional 50 minutes to complete their examination. The subject-wise distribution of questions and marks for the Class 11 entrance exam is detailed below:
