Selected professionals will receive a competitive monthly stipend totaling ₹70,000 . This figure is all-inclusive, meaning it covers all allowances. Income tax and any other applicable statutory taxes will be deducted at source before the stipend payment is effected, as per government regulations.

Detailed Selection Procedure

The selection process for the Young Professionals program involves multiple stages designed to identify suitable candidates. It begins with a comprehensive screening of all submitted applications. Only those candidates who meet the preliminary criteria will be shortlisted and invited for the subsequent interview round. A dedicated Young Professional Selection Committee, comprising NABARD officials, will conduct these interviews.
