Allotment Letters and Reporting
Following the result publication, candidates must download their individual allotment letters. These letters will be available from the counselling portal starting December 23, 2025 . Obtaining this letter is a mandatory step before proceeding with admission.
All candidates provisionally allotted seats in Round 2 must report for admission in person. The reporting will occur at the Old Auditorium, Ground Floor, Office of the Dean and Principal, SCB Medical College, Cuttack . Grievance Submission Details
Candidates had a specific window to submit any grievances regarding the provisional allotment. The deadline for grievance submission was December 22, 2025, at 10 AM . Submissions were required via email to the convener atconvenerpgmccodisha2025@gmail.com.
Authorities confirmed that all genuine grievances would undergo a review before the final allotment list’s publication. If no grievances were found valid, the provisional list would be considered final. Allotment letters would then be issued based on this confirmed list.
