The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued e-summon letters for 649 candidates scheduled for the Civil Services (Mains) personality test. These interviews will take place from December 8 to 19 . Candidates can download their e-summon letters from the official UPSC websites, upsc.gov.in or upsconline.gov.in.
A total of 2,736 candidates qualified for the personality test round after clearing the preliminary and mains examinations. This current phase of interviews covers the initial 649 qualified candidates.
Interview Schedule and Sessions
The personality tests will be conducted across two daily sessions. Candidates assigned to the forenoon session must report by 9 AM . Those scheduled for the afternoon session must report by 1 PM .
The UPSC will announce the interview schedule for the remaining qualified candidates shortly. Updates will be published on the official commission websites.
Travel Expense Reimbursement
Candidates appearing for the personal interview are eligible for reimbursement of their travelling expenses. To claim these expenses, candidates must submit specific documentation.
Required documents include hard copies or printouts of both onward and return journey tickets. These tickets must show the travel details. Candidates must also complete and submit a prescribed T.A. (Travelling Allowance) contribution claim form in duplicate. This form is available for download on the UPSC website athttps://www.upsc.gov.in/forms-downloads.
Downloading E-Summon Letters
Candidates can access and download their UPSC CSE e-summon letter 2025 by following these steps:
- Visit one of the official UPSC websites: upsc.gov.in or upsconline.gov.in .
- Locate and click on the “UPSC CSE e-summon letter download” link.
- Enter the seven-digit roll number.
- Input the date of birth in the dd-mm-yyyy format.
- Type the captcha code displayed on the screen.
- The UPSC CSE e-summon letter will then appear on the screen.
- Download and print the hall ticket for future reference.
