How to Object to CAT Answer Key 2025
Candidates must follow a specific process to raise objections against the provisional CAT 2025 answer key:
- Visit the official CAT 2025 website: iimcat.ac.in .
- Locate and click the “Candidate Login” tab.
- Enter your specific login credentials, including your User ID and password.
- After logging in, navigate to your personal details page.
- Find and select the “Objection Form” tab.
- Identify the question number and section you wish to challenge.
- Choose the type of objection from the available options. These options include “None of the options is a correct answer,” “More than one option is the correct answer,” or “Incorrect answer key provided.”
- Attach any supporting documents necessary to validate your claim for the chosen objection.
- Provide detailed remarks in the designated field, limited to 500 words, explaining your objection.
- Complete the payment for the required objection fee.
- Submit the CAT answer key objection form before the specified deadline of December 10, 2025 .
CAT 2025 Marking Scheme
The CAT 2025 marking scheme dictates the scoring for the examination. Candidates receive 3 marks for each correct answer. For every incorrect answer, 1 mark is deducted from the total score. Unattempted questions do not incur any mark deductions.
