Student-Centric Support Initiatives

To foster a more balanced and effective learning environment, Saturdays have been declared as ‘no bag days’ in all state schools. This policy intends to alleviate the burden of continuous academic rigor, promoting more engaged and interest-driven learning. Beyond this, the government has intensified its focus on providing targeted support for students who may be lagging academically. Conversely, high-achieving students continue to receive recognition and encouragement through the established ‘Shining Stars’ programme.
