Uttarakhand NEET AYUSH 2025 Mop-Up Round Registration Ends November 20

DEHRADUN – The Uttarakhand Ayurveda University has initiated registrations for the NEET AYUSH 2025 mop-up round counselling. This round provides a final opportunity for students to secure admission to vacant Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) courses. The registration window closes on November 20 .

Admission to these undergraduate AYUSH programs will proceed through a centralized counselling process. Candidate selection is based strictly on NEET UG ranks. This mop-up round follows the completion of three prior counselling rounds. All physical reporting and seat allotment procedures for this crucial stage will be conducted at the Uttarakhand Ayurveda University. The university campus is located on Railway Road, Harrawala, Dehradun.

Eligibility for Mop-Up Counselling

Strict guidelines define who qualifies to participate in the Uttarakhand NEET AYUSH mop-up counselling. Eligible candidates include those who:

  • Successfully qualified NEET 2025 and are participating in counselling for the first time.
  • Did not secure any seat allotment during the initial three rounds of counselling.
  • Were previously allotted a seat but could not complete their admission process for any reason.

Candidates who received a seat in an earlier round but now wish to apply in the mop-up round must officially cancel their previous allotment. This cancellation requires a no-objection certificate (NOC) obtained from the principal of the college where the seat was initially allotted. The NOC, along with proof of a prescribed cancellation fee payment, must be submitted to the university by 11 am on November 18 . Once the cancellation is approved by university officials, the candidate’s claim to the original seat is permanently forfeited. It is important to note that candidates previously declared ineligible by the AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) are barred from participating in this mop-up round.

Mop-Up Round Fees and Schedule

Participation in the mop-up counselling round necessitates a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,000 from all candidates. Additionally, a security deposit of Rs 15,000 is mandatory. This security amount serves as a commitment to admission. It will be forfeited if a candidate, after successfully being allotted a college, fails to complete the admission process by joining the institution and downloading their allotment letter.
