Police Sub-Inspector Gopal Badane was accused of multiple instances of rape. Software engineer Prashant Bankar was alleged to have subjected her to mental harassment. Both named individuals, Gopal Badane and Prashant Bankar, faced immediate arrest. They were taken into custody based on the allegations in the suicide note.
