Madhya Pradesh’s Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has released the revised MP NEET UG 2025 mop-up round merit list. The list includes 16,494 candidates eligible for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) admissions. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective medical or dental institutes between November 5 and November 8, 2025 .
During this period, candidates must complete all admission formalities. These include document verification and fee payment to confirm their allotted seats. Failure to report within the stipulated dates will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat. Such candidates will also be excluded from all further NEET UG 2025 counselling rounds.
The official notice indicates certain candidates highlighted on the merit list have been debarred from the state NEET UG counselling process. The DME also published a separate list of 416 All India admitted candidates. These individuals have been weeded out from the mop-up and subsequent rounds of MP State NEET UG 2025 counselling. Both the merit list and the list of debarred candidates are available on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in .
Required Documents for Counselling
Candidates must bring the following documents for the MP NEET 2025 mop-up counselling:
- Candidate class certificate (PH/FF/SN)
- NEET result/NEET scorecard
- Income certificate
- NEET admit card
- Affidavit of not being a domicile of a state other than MP
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Domicile certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
