The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) revised the NEET UG 2025 Round 3 counselling seat matrix. The committee also released a list of candidates eligible for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) seat choices. The deadline for NEET UG Round 3 registration, choice filling, and choice locking is October 16, 2025 . The MCC will announce the Round 3 seat allotment results on October 18, 2025 . All updated information is available on the official MCC website.
Revised Seat Matrix Details
The MCC added a total of 66 MBBS seats to the NEET UG Round 3 counselling. These additions include both All India Quota and Deemed/Paid Seats Quota. Two government medical colleges received additional All India Quota seats, and one deemed institution added seats under the Deemed/Paid Seats Quota.

NRI Category Candidate List
MCC published a provisional list of candidates eligible for seat allotment under the NRI Category. The allotment process will prioritize candidates based on specific criteria. Candidates must ensure all required documents are ready for submission during reporting to allotted medical colleges.
- Priority 1 (ANNEXURE I): Children of NRIs.
- Priority 2 (ANNEXURE II): First-degree relatives of NRI wards; Second-degree relatives of NRI wards.
The system will first allocate seats to Priority 1 candidates. Any remaining seats will then be offered to Priority 2 candidates. Students on the provisional list must verify their eligibility and prepare their documents for admission procedures.
