IIM Lucknow has concluded its summer placement drive for the 2025-27 academic year. The drive resulted in over 580 job offers for students in its 41st Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 22nd PGP in Agribusiness Management (ABM) batches. The highest domestic stipend recorded was Rs 3.95 lakh per month .
The average monthly stipend reached Rs 1.67 lakh , an increase from Rs 1.43 lakh last year. The median stipend also rose to Rs 1.72 lakh per month , up from Rs 1.50 lakh in the previous year. For the top 50% of the batch, the average stipend stood at Rs 2.18 lakh per month .
Stipend Highlights
The placement process secured both domestic and international opportunities. The highest international stipend reached Rs 2.5 lakh per month .

Student Participation and Sectors
A total of 532 students participated in the placement drive. This included 187 freshers and 345 students with prior work experience across various sectors. Students secured positions in fields such as Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Operations & Retail, and e-Commerce.
Prem Prakash Dewani, IIM Lucknow Placement Chairperson, stated that the successful drive reflects the talent pool at the institute.
