ICAR Counselling Overview
ICAR counselling 2025 allocates 20 percent of the All India Quota (AIQ) seats in undergraduate programs at various agricultural universities. It covers 100 percent of seats at specific institutions: ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) Karnal, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) Delhi, Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU) Jhansi, and Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University (RPCAU) Pusa. This admission cycle uses CUET scores, replacing the former All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) UG.
Application Process and Fees
The counselling process includes several steps for eligible candidates. It starts with online registration and payment of the counselling fee. Following this, the seat matrix will be displayed. Candidates then proceed to fill and lock their choices of universities and programs. ICAR will conduct seat allotment based on merit and preferences. Selected candidates must upload required documents for verification by the respective universities. A seat acceptance fee is then paid, followed by online reporting to confirm admission.
