About This Scholarship
Dr. Reddy's Foundation Sashakt Scholarship 2025 is an initiative by Dr. Reddy's Foundation, an NGO dedicated to empowering female students in India. This scholarship targets young women who have successfully completed Class 12 and aspire to pursue B.Sc. in Natural/Pure Sciences, B.Tech., or M.B.B.S. degree programs at specified institutions.
The primary goal of the scholarship is to encourage and provide opportunities for female students, especially those from rural India and low socio-economic backgrounds, to access quality education at some of India’s best science institutions. It offers both financial support and mentorship throughout their undergraduate studies.
Selected scholars will receive a scholarship amounting to ₹2,40,000, distributed as ₹80,000 per annum for three years of study. This award is designed to cover college tuition fees, various study expenses, and basic living costs.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must:
• Be an Indian citizen.
• Be a female student who has successfully passed Class 12 from a recognized board.
• Demonstrate a strong academic record.
• Be admitted to a B.Tech., M.B.B.S., or Natural/Pure Sciences in a B.Sc. degree program in one of the institutions listed in the terms and conditions section.
Note: Preference will be given to students from rural areas, economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and those demonstrating a keen interest in scientific research.
